Japanese hot plate cooking "Monjayaki & Okonomiyaki" experience
Monjayaki (もんじゃ焼き, often called simply "monja") is a type of Japanese local food, popular in the Kanto area, similar to "okonomiyaki", but that uses different liquid ingredients.
It is said that in old times, mothers would use the ingredients to write the letters to teach their child while cooking.
The name of the food also gradually changed from "Mojiyaki" (Monji means words) to "Monjyayaki".
Participants can enjoy the amiable atmosphere of a local Japanese restaurant, where the local people visit.
Use the special Teppan (hot plate) to experience the fun of making Monjayaki, Okonomiyaki, and Teppanyaki by yourself!
Let's experience Japanese food culture and the old town atmosphere of Tokyo!
